Hidden Stimulus: NOLs, ELLs, and Refunds. What to do Before the Year Closes.

Everyone has heard about PPP, but there’s more in the CARES ACT.  Find out how to get a tax refund under some special provisions for the CARES Act.  Our panel will discuss the aspect of using the Net Operating Loss (NOL) carry-back provisions of CARES, allowing businesses to use operating losses in 2018, 2019 and 2020 to offset prior year’s income.  Watch carefully for the 2018 year, in which the opportunity expires on June 30!
