Course Code: SBSHGK_24033
How can a small business succeed if it doesn’t optimize how it selects, onboards, trains and develops, compensates, and manage performance of its people? In this two-session course, we’ll review what every small business owner should think about in these key areas and how to apply them to its current and future workforce to succeed in its business.
The course will be held virtually on November 6 and December 4, from 11:00am to 1:00pm for a total of 2 sessions. The course minimum is 3 people and is limited to 6 people.
Upon completion of the course, small business owners will understand how to link their people strategies to their business strategies in the areas of talent acquisition (recruiting and selection); talent management (compensation and benefits, learning and development); and performance management.
