She says she loves being involved in maintaining the legacy of a multi generational business. “Because I don’t have to reinvent the wheel, I guess that’s a part of it,” she says. “When you have a really good business structure, you have a good foundation, I’m not out here having to do trial and error on how to run a really good business and how to have a really good financial planning practice. So that part of the multigenerational is amazing.”
