How a small Battle Creek business took advantage of Foreign Trade Zone opportunities

A Battle Creek small business, and longtime SBAM member, will soon be tapping into the benefits of establishing a Foreign Trade Zone division. Stewart Industries this fall expects to finalize their application for Foreign Trade Zone 43. The Zone covers 14 counties in west Michigan. Participation allows companies to store and distribute imported goods without paying customs duty.
