Nearly two million women left the workforce since the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Burnout was one of the leading causes. Women are dealing with stress at the office and at home. In a recent study, 88 percent of women say they work full-time, and half of the women surveyed said they are the primary caregiver on the home front.
