
Enhancing Restaurant Website Design for Optimal Performance

Restaurants advertise and promote through websites and social media but often do not take full advantage of these tools to find and retain customers. This course will teach owners and operators how to optimize websites and associated social media presence, for the needs of their business.
This course will be held in-person at Walsh College (Barry Center, 3838 Livernois Rd, Troy, MI 48083) on May 15, 2025, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. The course minimum is 10 people, and the capacity is limited to 75 people.
Digital marketing coupled with analytics, as well as social media, are cutting edge tools for small businesses generally; but there are unique challenges and needs in the restaurant industry. Businesses will learn how to better deploy these technologies for competitive advantage and growth, including how best to present online versions of their menus; and, to optimize performance of these tools. This course will be presented by an expert in digital marketing for restaurants, Lee Burnstein.
This course would be beneficial to restaurant owners, managers and operators, as well as to business owners in related hospitality industries.
