Companies today are experiencing the consequences of communication that falls short – loss of production, profitability, poor employee engagement, and lower customer satisfaction. This course will help participants assess the effectiveness of company communications and improve individuals’ ability to develop and present effectively.
This course will be held in-person at SBAM (101 S. Washington Square, #900, Lansing, MI 48933) on March 10, 2025, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The course minimum is 8 people and limited to 15 people.
