Todd Almassian
Todd Almassian focuses his practice in the areas of Bankruptcy and Business Law, and Todd represents debtors and creditors buying and selling assets within Bankruptcy Proceedings. Todd has served as an expert witness for plaintiffs and defendants in various insolvency matters and bankruptcy cases and is a frequent lecturer regarding the Bankruptcy Code. Todd serves as a Qualified Mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan.
Steve Bylenga
Steve Bylenga primarily represents creditors and debtors in consumer and commercial bankruptcy proceedings, including commercial workouts, corporate restructuring, and adversary proceedings. He is the co-founder of Chase Bylenga Hulst, PLLC, a boutique bankruptcy and business litigation firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Steve has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers – Rising Stars in the areas of Bankruptcy and Bankruptcy Litigation. He is currently the Chairperson of the Bankruptcy Steering Committee for the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Michigan; a member of the Board of Directors for the Debtor’s Bar Association of West Michigan; a frequent speaker at bankruptcy seminars; and instructed law students in bankruptcy as an adjunct professor at Western Michigan University Law School.
