MSU asks small business owners to participate in Online Export Survey
September 21, 2011
The Michigan State University Regional Export Strategies Project Team is conducting an online survey of businesses to better understand the current extent of exporting and the types of assistance needed by small and medium companies to increase exporting. The MSU team is requesting SBAM members participation in the online survey. Completing the survey should take about 10 minutes.
Here’s the link to the online survey.
The MSU Project Team is collaborating with the East Michigan Council of Governments (EMCOG) and the Eastern Upper Peninsula Regional Planning and Development Commission (EUPRPDC) in this important project. Survey results and analysis will be available at knowledgeplanning.org. These results and analysis will be used to help develop globally- competitive export strategies to assist Michigan companies in export markets. Such market expansion can lead to increased company revenues and new jobs.
The project is funded by a grant from the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA), a U.S. Department of Commerce Department agency.
