The Traverse Connect: Community Mentoring program will accept applications October 7- November 1, 2024, and will work to match participants with amentor.
This course is a five-month cohort-based program, with an expectation that up to 9 meetings between the mentor and the mentee will take place duringthe course period. Mentors are matched 1:1 with mentees using a strength-based model. Community mentors receive training and resources to support aset of leadership competencies and their matched mentees. NOTE: You will be required to attend in-person opening and closing sessions on February 5,2025, and June 18, 2025.
*An additional application is required to participate in this program. Once you have completed this registration process, Traverse Connect will reach outwith an additional application.
This resource would be beneficial to those in any stage of their careers looking to further develop and grow in areas a peer or leadership mentor couldhelp them.
