SBAM has named Tony Stamas as the organization’s Vice President Government Relations. He will be joining SBAM effective April 14.
Stamas is currently Chief of Staff to Senate Majority Leader Randy Richardville. He is a former legislator, elected to the Michigan House of Representatives in 1999 and serving as a member of the Senate from 2003-2010. He has also been involved in a small, family-owned restaurant in Midland. “Tony brings to SBAM a wealth of knowledge about the legislative process, small business issues, fundraising for candidates and volunteer mobilization,” says SBAM President and CEO Rob Fowler.
